Basic hygiene training
There is a legal requirement to provide training to all persons who deal
directly with food in the supply chain. There is no need to have this done by
an external trainer, but if you are not in a position to provide this training yourself
we can do it for you.
HACCP consultancy
Unless you
are the primary producer If you are in the food supply chain then you must have
a HACCP plan in place. This requires a proper risk assessment to be carried out
that is unique to your operation and circumstances. We can assist you in doing
this.

HACCP awareness training
A HACCP system is only as good as the people operating it. Unless they
have a good understanding of why it is necessary there is a significant risk that
controls at critical points will not be implemented.
HACCP auditing
Every HACCP programme
must be audited (or verified) to
ensure that all the controls you have listed in your plan are actually in place
at all times. You may consider it useful to have an external pair of eyes
examining your operation. We provide this service.
HACCP internal auditor training
If you have the appropriate resources internally you may prefer to have
your own auditors trained to do the internal auditing. We have many years
experience of training auditors.
Auditing of suppliers
Very often there is a requirement to audit suppliers, but the
resources may not be available, either in terms of time or skills. We can audit
your suppliers against whatever standard you wish. If required the audit can
focus on specific issues that are causing difficulty, perhaps in relation to
complaints or non-conforming materials supplied in the past.
